Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The biggest surprise of round 19 was guest KIU Titans' (#5) road victory over UPDF (#6) 74-66 on Wednesday evening. They outrebounded UPDF 56-33 including a 36-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kenyan center Fidel Odur Okoth (203-1996) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points, 17 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Chuma Joseph chipped in 15 points and 20 rebounds. KIU Titans' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international forward Jonathan Egau (190-1993) produced 12 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. KIU Titans (14-9) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain fifth place. UPDF at the other side keeps the sixth position with ten games lost. KIU Titans' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kampala Our Saviour.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Kampala: UCU Canons (#3) and UPDF (#6). UCU Canons (15-5) crushed visiting UPDF (13-10) by 23 points 65-42. Worth to mention a great performance of Sudanese center Titus Lual (-1998) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks. Fayed Baale contributed with 13 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Jonathan Egau (190-1993) answered with 11 points and 7 rebounds for UPDF. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. UCU Canons maintains third place with 15-5 record having five points less than leader City Oilers. UPDF at the other side keeps the sixth position with ten games lost. UCU Canons' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kampala JKL Dolphins.
An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in . Second ranked Blazers faced 4th placed Betway Power. Host Blazers (17-4) defeated guests from (14-8) 76-68. It was a great evening for Okall Koranga who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds. Blazers' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side Geoffrey Soro responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. The victory was the twelfth consecutive win for Blazers. They maintain second place with 17-4 record behind leader City Oilers. Loser Betway Power keeps the fourth position with eight games lost. Blazers will meet at home Tropical R. (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Betway Power will play against the league's leader City Oilers (#1) and hope to secure a win.

Other games of round 19 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
Our Saviour defeated Tropical R. in Kampala 96-90. Winless Falcons was beaten by JKL Dolphins at home 61-75. City Oilers won against Our Saviour on the opponent's court 75-62. Victoria USY was outscored by Blazers in a home game 60-108. KCCA P. recorded a loss to KIU Titans on the road 91-85. KCCA P. was defeated by Ndejje Angels on its own court 91-97. City Oilers smashed Victoria USY in Kampala 77-39.



Tropical R. - Our Saviour 90-96

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Our Saviour and 10th ranked Tropical R. had identical 8-12 record. But Tropical R. was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Kampala 96-90 on Wednesday night. Our Saviour forced 26 Tropical R. turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Our Saviour made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for power forward Moses Mugisha (-1984) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 18 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks. Forward Elton Bakara (-1996) helped adding 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side Duallo Joshua responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 16 rebounds and 8 assists and Allan Nandala scored 22 points and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tropical R.'s coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Our Saviour maintains ninth place with 9-12 record. Tropical R. at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the eleventh position with 13 games lost. No shocking result in a game in Kampala where eighth ranked JKL Dolphins (10-11) defeated bottom-ranked Falcons (0-23) 75-61 on Saturday. JKL Dolphins dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Falcons' 30. They outrebounded Falcons 52-38 including a 41-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for Mabor Makol who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 21 rebounds and 4 blocks. Ayiik Ayong helped adding 20 points. At the losing side Mark Ngobi responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and Kenneth Mesho scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. JKL Dolphins moved-up to seventh place.
