Lady Jaguars forced 20 KIU Rangers turnovers and outrebounded them 60-37 including a 26-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. Lady Jaguars looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Mercy Batamuliza who had a double-double by scoring 14 points, 31 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Guard Brenda Kayaga (-1996) chipped in 14 points. The former international forward Sharon Nangobi (170-1996) produced 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the guests.
