Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Kampala:Lady Dolphins (#4) and Nabisunsa (#10). Nabisunsa was defeated at home 69-78 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Lady Dolphins forced 28 Nabisunsa turnovers. Strangely Nabisunsa outrebounded Lady Dolphins 63-43 including a 40-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for the former international guard Brenda Ekone (152-1996) who led her team to a victory scoring 24 points and 6 rebounds. Shadiah Nassanga helped adding 15 points and 10 rebounds. Five Lady Dolphins players scored in double figures. Auma Joy responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and Martha Yikiru produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists.
