Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked JTL Jaguars (12-3) in Kampala on Friday night. Visitors were rolled over by fourth ranked JKL Dolphins (11-3) 82-52. JKL Dolphins forced 24 JTL Jaguars turnovers and had a 35-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. JKL Dolphins looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The former international power forward Hope Akello (183-1997) had a double-double by scoring 18 points, 19 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Angella Lokwameri chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Forward Mercy Batamuliza responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds. JTL Jaguars' coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Defending champion moved-up to third place. JTL Jaguars at the other side still keep top position with three games lost. Sylivia Nantongo notched a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and Shillah Lamunu supported her with 7 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists. UCU Ladies' coach used entire bench in such tough game. Even 31 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists by the former international power forward Hope Akello (183-1997) did not help to save the game for JKL Dolphins. UCU Ladies have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 10-3 record. Defending champion JKL Dolphins dropped to the third place with three games lost. UCU Ladies' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kampala to the arena Nkumba LM.
Another interesting game was again a derby between two local teams from Kampala: Lady Tomahawks (#8) and Magic S. (#6). Lady Tomahawks (6-8) won against visiting Magic S. (8-5) 49-37. The best player for the winners was Christine Namyalo who scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Daphine Adong produced 9 points and 17 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lady Tomahawks moved-up to seventh place. Loser Magic S. keeps the sixth position with five games lost. Lady Tomahawks' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kampala JTL Jaguars.

In the last game of round 14 Nabisunsa won against Angels on the opponent's court 60-57.

Another interesting game was again a derby between two local teams from Kampala: Lady Tomahawks (#8) and Magic S. (#6). Lady Tomahawks (6-8) won against visiting Magic S. (8-5) 49-37. Lady Tomahawks held Magic S. to an opponent 18.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 23.6 percent accuracy of the winners. Lady Tomahawks forced 30 Magic S. turnovers. The best player for the winners was Christine Namyalo (-2006) who scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Stella Lunkuse (-1998) chipped in 8 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Daphine Adong produced 9 points and 17 rebounds and Nyachwo Owor added 6 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th ranked Angels' (3-13) home loss to ninth ranked Nabisunsa (4-11) 57-60 on Wednesday. Nabisunsa forced 26 Angels turnovers. The best player for the winners was Mpoza Abigail (-2007) who scored 18 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Amella Jesca chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Caroline Nakato (-1999) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and Joan Namatovu (-1999) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Four Angels players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Nabisunsa maintains ninth position with 4-11 record. Angels lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the tenth place with 13 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
