The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked KCCA Leopards (9-2) in Kampala on Sunday night. Hosts were edged by fourth ranked UCU Ladies (7-2) 63-60. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of KCCA Leopards. UCU Ladies forced 28 KCCA Leopards turnovers and outrebounded them 60-39 including a 31-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Matrina Anyango who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds. Sylivia Nantongo contributed with 10 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. UCU Ladies' coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Susan Aanyu (-1992) answered with 16 points and 9 rebounds for KCCA Leopards. UCU Ladies have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 7-2 record. Esther Mpongo came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds for Miracle in the defeat. Miracle's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
