The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of JTL Jaguars (9-2) in Kampala on Friday night. Hosts were defeated by KCCA Leopards (9-1) 63-46. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of JTL Jaguars. It was a key game for the top position in the league. KCCA Leopards held JTL Jaguars to an opponent 22.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 38.6 percent accuracy of the winners. KCCA Leopards forced 24 JTL Jaguars turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Susan Aanyu (-1992) who scored 20 points and 5 assists. Burundian guard Ninette Uwineza (-1988) chipped in 10 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international forward Sarah Ageno (176-1996) who recorded 18 points and 8 rebounds. Leader JTL Jaguars delivered the ninth victory on Wednesday night. This time they crushed 10th ranked Angels (1-9) 68-41 in Kampala. Worth to mention a quality performance of Rhoda Nagitta who helped to win the game recording 11 points. The best for the losing side was Caroline Nakato with 14 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. JTL Jaguars (9-2) have an impressive five-game winning streak. Despite that victory JTL Jaguars went down to second position due to points difference. Angels lost seventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the tenth place with nine games lost. In the last game of round 12 KCCA Leopards crushed Nkumba LM in Kampala 84-58.

KIU Rangers - Miracle 76-73

Important game to mention about took place in Kampala. Eighth ranked KIU Rangers (5-6) saved a 3-point derby victory at home edging 6th ranked Miracle (5-5) 76-73 on Wednesday evening. KIU Rangers forced 31 Miracle turnovers. Strangely Miracle outrebounded KIU Rangers 53-38 including 40 on the defensive glass. Miracle was plagued by 36 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for forward Sharon Kirabo (170-1996) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds. Elizabeth Akol (-1993) contributed with 17 points for the winners. DR Congolese Esther Mpongo (-2006) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 18 rebounds and Mariam Namukwaya (-2005) added 22 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Miracle. Four Miracle players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. KIU Rangers moved-up to seventh place. There was no surprise in Kampala where bottom-ranked Nkumba LM (0-11) was crushed by second ranked KCCA Leopards (9-1) 84-58 on Wednesday. KCCA Leopards dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Nkumba LM's 34. KCCA Leopards forced 28 Nkumba LM turnovers and outrebounded them 48-30 including a 16-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Tracy Namugosa who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!) and forward Lillian Cherotich who added 8 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. KCCA Leopards' coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Ssegendo Hazel with 21 points and 9 rebounds and Shalom Muwanguzi scored 9 points and 6 rebounds. KCCA Leopards have an impressive seven-game winning streak.
