What a coincidence that all visitors won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

NBL top team - City Oilers (13-1) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed tenth ranked JKL Dolphins (4-11) in Kampala 97-68. City Oilers dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to JKL Dolphins' 34. Center Maker Mer orchestrated the victory by scoring 23 points and 6 rebounds. The former international Ivan Muhwezi (182-1998) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Guard Martin Buluma replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds for JKL Dolphins. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. City Oilers have an impressive eight-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 13-1 record. JKL Dolphins at the other side keep the tenth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Kampala R.. City Oilers will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Davis Assimwe who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 4 assists and Aaron Ojoo who added 13 points and 4 assists during the contest. KCCA P.'s coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Guard Elvis Ssentongo (-1999) responded with 20 points and 5 rebounds. KCCA P. moved-up to fifth place. Power lost eighth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with 13 games lost. KCCA P. will play against Jaguars (#6) in the next round. Power's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kampala to the arena KIU Titans.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kampala: Our Saviour (#7) and Ndejje Angels (#12). Ndejje Angels were smashed at home by 26 points 57-83 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. The winners were led by Moses Mugisha who had that evening a double-double by scoring 13 points, 17 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 blocks. Even a double-double of 15 points and 19 rebounds by Bolton Rujumba did not help to save the game for Ndejje Angels. Our Saviour maintains seventh position with 7-8 record. Ndejje Angels lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 13 games lost. Our Saviour's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kampala JKL Dolphins.

In the last two games of round 20 Livingstone beat Ndejje Angels on the road 68-63. Kampala R. lost to Power on its own court 67-77.

Ndejje Angels - Livingstone 63-68

No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Livingstone (5-11) beat bottom-ranked Ndejje Angels (3-13) in Kampala 68-63 on Saturday. Livingstone shot 23 for 36 from the free-throw line, while Ndejje Angels only scored seven points from the stripe. Livingstone forced 23 Ndejje Angels turnovers. The winners were led by Bismarck Okot who had that evening a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds and Bruce Okullo supported him with 9 points and 7 rebounds. Even 22 points and 6 rebounds by Noel Yamodo did not help to save the game for Ndejje Angels. Guard Haron Alinaitwe added 10 points and 7 assists for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Livingstone moved-up to eighth place. Ndejje Angels lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. Livingstone will meet at home higher ranked Our Saviour (#7) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Ndejje Angels will play against Jaguars (#6) and hope to secure a win.

Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kampala: Our Saviour (#7) and Ndejje Angels (#12). Ndejje Angels were smashed at home by 26 points 57-83 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Our Saviour held Ndejje Angels to an opponent 22.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 45.8 percent accuracy of the winners. Our Saviour had a 40-26 advantage in offensive rebounds.
