Angola - Tunisia 72:47
Angola team cruised past Tunisia en route to the semifinal of the All-Africa Games in Algeria. Angola posted their 5 straight win at the tournament and successfully booked their semifinal ticket.
Tunisia tried to stay close in the openign frame and trailed by only 4 points after it 17:21. However in the second quarter favourites put on aggressive defence and limited options for Tunisia. Angola easily extended the advantage to 40:29 at halftime. Tunisia simply could not find the way to overcome Angola's defence and bogged in it committing numerous mistakes. The gap widened to 55:39 after three quarters and Angola completed the task in the fourth.
Angola dominated the boards 34:20. They also converted 54% of field goals comparing to 45% from Tunisia. Tumba Vicente led the team with 14 points for Angola. Nacissela Mauricio added 12 points and 6 rebounds in a win. Mouna Kherifi scored game-high 19 points for Tunisia. Maha Chelly (-82) produced 10 points as Tunisia stepped out of the title race.
Angola is scheduled to play in the semis tonight.

Mozambique - Kenya 82:62
Mozambique National team played strongly in the middle of the quarterfinal against Kenya to ensure the win and the semifinal birth. A spectacular team effort of Mozambique players resulted in a overwhelming dominace and a confident win at the end.
Kenya however led early in the game. They nailed 24 points to secure a 4-point lead after the first frame. But Mozambique reacted quickly and stun Kenya in the second quarter. Mozambique held their opponents to 9 points and grabbed a 44:33 advantage at halftime. Kenya suffered another massive blow right after the break as Mozambique won the third frame 31:12 to clear off for good. As the starters were sidelined in the final stanza Kenya managed to win it 17:7 but it had little impact on the outcome.
Ana Azinheira (156-G-80) dropped 19 points to pace Mozambique. Carmen Gimo added 15 points for the winners. Josephine Owino (184-C-83) scored 15 points and pulled down 5 boards for Kenya. Volinet Wanyama netted 13 points in a loss.
Mozambique converted 60% of field goals limiting Kenya to just 42%. They also outrebounded the opponents 24:22.

Algeria - Senegal 49:75
Algeria were not able to beat the forecasts and overcome one of the main basketball forces in Africa Senegal in the quarterfinal battle yesterday. Senegal dominated the game and deservedly won the fixture advancing to the semifinal.
Senegalese team gave no chance for the home side winning all four quarters of the encounter and demonstrating a spectacular piece of basketball. They got to a better start and le
