Mesho's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

Kenneth Mesho had a very impressive game in the last round for JKL Dolphins Kampala and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 30.
He had a double-double of 21 points and 16 rebounds, while his team outclassed Kampala R. (#12, 2-19) with 39-point margin 114-75. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. JKL Dolphins maintains the 9th position in Ugandan league. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 15 games and recorded just six victories. It was one of impressive evenings for Mesho as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Mesho has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (6th best: 9.1rpg).

Second best performed player last round was Sentamu Hasan. He is a in his first season at JKL Dolphins. In the last game Hasan recorded an impressive 27 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Of course together with Mesho he helped JKL Dolphins Kampala with another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Kampala R. (#12, 2-19) 114-75. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. JKL Dolphins keeps 9th position. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just six victories JKL Dolphins managed to get this year. Hasan is one of the most experienced players at JKL Dolphins and similarly like Kenneth Mesho has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to center Titus Lual (201-C-1998) of league's leader City Oilers Kampala. Lual scored 14 points and grabbed 17 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of City Oilers, leading his team to a 78-60 easy win against the lower-ranked UPDF (#11, 4-15). Many experts and fans count City Oilers as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 20 victories and only two lost games. They are currently at the very top of the standings. Lual has a great season in Uganda. After 20 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 9.5rpg (3rd best).
