Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kampala: Lady Canons (#2) and Magic S. (#6). Lady Canons (14-3) won against visiting Magic S. (8-9) 57-42. Lady Canons held Magic S. to an opponent 24.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 32.8 percent accuracy of the winners. Lady Canons forced 22 Magic S. turnovers and outrebounded them 51-32 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Matrina Anyango who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and Mariam Namukwaya (-2005) who added 12 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Daphine Adong with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lady Canons have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 14-3 record behind leader Lady Jaguars. Magic S. at the other side keeps the sixth place with nine games lost. Lady Canons' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kampala to the arena Nabisunsa.

Even a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds by Nigerian Iriele Jane Chisom (-2000) did not help to save the game for Peal Queens. Lady Jaguars have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 15-2 record. Newly promoted Peal Queens keep the fifth place with eight games lost. Miracle was defeated at home 60-69 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. The best player for the winners was Daphine Adong who scored 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Magic S.'s coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was Akello Winnifred who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Magic S. maintains sixth position with 8-9 record. Miracle lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 13 games lost.
