37-year old point guard Jimmy Enabu (187-PG-1988) had a very impressive game in the last round for Namuwongo Blazers and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
He had the game-high 16 points adding five rebounds and two assists for Blazers in his team's victory, helping them to crush KCCA P. (#7, 3-4) with 19-point margin 71-52. Blazers is placed at 4th position in Ugandan league. They are still close to the very top. Blazers would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 4-1 record. In the team's last game Enabu had a remarkable 60.0% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Enabu has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in assists (4th best: 4.8apg).

Second best performed player last round was Imran Samati of KCCA Panthers. He is a in his first season at KCCA P.. In the last game Samati recorded an impressive double-double of 13 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as KCCA P. lost that game 52-71 to the higher-ranked Blazers (#4, 4-1). KCCA P. managed to keep the same 7th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-4 record. Samati is one of the most experienced players at KCCA P. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Puati Kikomba (F/C) of Kampala Rockets (#10). Kikomba scored 12 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. He was a key player of Kampala R., leading his team to a 64-58 win against slightly lower-ranked UPDF (#11, 1-6). The chances of Kampala R. not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 4 games, recording just two victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Kikomba could try to bring Kampala R.'s a little bit higher in the standings. Kikomba has individually a great season in Uganda. After only 6 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.7rpg (3rd best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Moses Mugisha (C/F-1984) of Blazers - 15 points and 7 rebounds
5. Benjamin Kyazze) of UPDF - 12 points and 13 rebounds
6. Franck Nyembo (200-F-2006) of Blazers - 12 points and 6 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
