The game had a very big importance for third-ranked KCCA Leopards as it allowed them to take a leadership position. KCCA Leopards defeated bottom-ranked Peal Queens in Kampala 65-58. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with KIU Rangers. Newly promoted Peal Queens still closes the standings with two games lost. They share the position with Angels. Peal Queens will play next round against strong KIU Rangers trying to get back on the winning streak. KCCA Leopards will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.

Despite that victory Magic S. went down to eighth position due to points difference, which they share with Miracle and Tomahawks. Lady Canons at the other side dropped to the third place with one game lost. They share the position with Lady Jaguars and She Crocs. Magic S.'s supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kampala to the arena Lady Dolphins.

Lady Canons (2-1) moved-up to third place, which they share with Lady Jaguars and She Crocs. Loser Magic S. dropped to the eighth position with two games lost. They share it with Miracle and Tomahawks. Lady Canons' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kampala to the arena .

In the last two games of round 4 Tomahawks were beaten by She Crocs on the road 61-54. Miracle was destroyed by Nabisunsa on its own court 69-97.

She Crocs - Tomahawks 61-54

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked She Crocs and 6th ranked Tomahawks had identical 1-1 record. She Crocs (2-1) moved-up to third place, which they share with Lady Canons and Lady Jaguars. Loser Tomahawks dropped to the eighth position with two games lost.
