City Oilers Kampala (NBL) signed 30-year-old Burundian ex-international 198cm forward Landry Ndikumana for the upcoming season. It is his return to Kampala as he previously played there. Last summer, he played for Urunani in the Burundian VBL league. Ndikumana was part of the Burundian Senior National Team between 2017 and 2023.
Ndikumana has played previously in Tanzania (Pazi). He played in the final of the Burundian League in 2025.
He received the Afrobasket.com All-Ugandan NBL Player of the Year award and the Afrobasket.com All-Ugandan NBL Forward of the Year award in 2018.
