Foxes Divas bounced back impressively in the WBLA Zone Five qualifiers with a solid 68–55 win over Magic Stormers. The game started competitively, with the Foxes edging the first quarter 20–17 before the Stormers kept the contest close at halftime, trailing just 34–33. However, the Foxes found another gear in the second half, tightening their defense and executing better on offense. A strong 18-point third quarter allowed them to regain control, and they sealed the victory with a dominant 16–7 final quarter. It was a well-rounded performance from the Foxes Divas, whose poise and consistency down the stretch ensured a deserved win after a hard-fought battle through the opening quarters.
Merycyana Mashauri stepped up with 18 points and Noela Uwandameno (2002) added 12. Christine Namyalo (2006) notched 18 points in defeat.
