Blazers celebrated NBL title. They beat City Oilers in the sixth game of the championship series to lift the trophy. It was a good game for James Okello who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Tonny Drileba contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Blazers' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Chad Bowie replied with 13 points, 5 assists and 5 steals and Maker Mer added 10 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for City Oilers. Four City Oilers players scored in double figures.
