Mabor number one in Uganda NBL for round 28 (by Hoops Agents)

Center Rin Tueny Mabor (C-1996) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Rezlife Saints, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 28.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 22 points and 16 rebounds, while his team outclassed Livingstone (#12, 1-20) with 45-point margin 91-46. Rezlife S. maintains the 8th position in Ugandan NBL. Rezlife S. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 11-10 record. Mabor has many years of experience at Rezlife S., through which he has constantly improved. Rin Tueny Mabor averages this season 10.7ppg and 8.4rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was Maker Mer (C) of City Oilers Kampala. Mer had a very good evening with a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds. Of course he led City Oilers to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked JKL Dolphins (#10, 8-11) 93-58. City Oilers' 7th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 11-10 record is not bad and everything may still change. Mer is one of the most experienced players at City Oilers and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Rezlife S.'s star - guard Micheal Otieno (193-G-1993). Otieno showcased his all-around game by recording 24 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Rezlife Saints, helping his team with a 91-46 easy win against the lower-ranked Livingstone (#12, 1-20). Otieno has a great season in Uganda. After 17 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.3ppg (best scorer) and assists with 3.6apg (6th best).

10. Christopher Omanye (183-G-1994) of Rezlife S. - 15 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists
