Margaret Bagaala had a great game in the last round for KCCA Leopards and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
She had a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds, while her team outclassed Miracle (#7, 5-8) with 45-point margin 93-48. KCCA Leopards is placed at 3rd position in Ugandan NBL. They are still close to the very top. KCCA Leopards would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 12-2 record. Bagaala has many years of experience at KCCA Leopards, through which she has constantly improved. Margaret Bagaala averages this season 9.7ppg and 8.2rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Ninette Uwineza (G-1988). She is Burundian guard in her first (recently joined) season at KCCA Leopards. In the last game Uwineza recorded an impressive 14 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Of course together with Bagaala she helped KCCA Leopards with another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Miracle (#7, 5-8) 93-48. This victory allowed KCCA Leopards to move up to 3rd position in the standings. Her team lost just two games this season, while they won 12 matches. Uwineza is one of the most experienced players at KCCA Leopards and similarly like Margaret Bagaala has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to another KCCA Leopards' star - guard Tracy Namugosa (G). Namugosa got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. She was another key player of KCCA Leopards, helping her team with a 93-48 easy win against the lower-ranked Miracle (#7, 5-8). KCCA Leopards is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 12-2 record is not that bad... Namugosa has a great season in Uganda. After 14 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.6ppg (2nd best). She also has 2.9spg and a FGP of 60.5%.

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
