Nabisunsa has registered their first victory this season after two consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Kampala, where they defeated Angels (1-4) 65-56 on Wednesday. Nabisunsa forced 19 Angels turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Mpoza Abigail (-2007) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 5 rebounds and Auma Joy who added 14 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side guard Caroline Nakato (-1999) responded with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Nabisunsa (1-2) left bottom position moving up to ninth place. Newly promoted Angels dropped to the tenth position with four games lost. Even 6 points and 11 rebounds by Faridah Aziz did not help to save the game for Nkumba LM. Nkumba LM's coach gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win.
