Sporting signs Jannon Otto

Jannon Otto

Alexandria Sporting Club (Superleague) signed 27-year old American (has also Ugandan passport) guard Jannon Otto (183cm-1997, college: UC Riverside). She already started the season at Ardoi in Spanish LF Endesa. In only one game she recorded 4 points, 1 rebound and 1 steal. The last season summer she played at Panteras de Aguascalientes (LNBPF) in Mexican league. She has been regularly called to the Ugandan Senior National Team since 2023.
Otto is quite experienced player. She has played in six different countries on four different continents (Europe, Latin America, Australia and of course North America). Otto has played previously professionally also in Australia (Cyclones and Mavericks), Germany (Speyer), Greece (Dafni Agioy), Luxembourg (Musel Pikes) and Mexico.
Her team was regular season runner-up in Big West in 2019.
She graduated from University of California Riverside in 2020 and it is her fifth season as a professional player. Otto played also for University of New Mexico for one year.
