Sudanese Titus Lual (201-C-1998) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's leader City Oilers Kampala and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 25.
The 26-year old center had a double-double of 12 points and 19 rebounds, while his team outclassed KIU Titans (#2, 16-5) with 28-point margin 71-43. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed City Oilers to consolidate first place in the Ugandan NBL. City Oilers has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 19-1. Lual has many years of experience at City Oilers, through which he has constantly improved. Titus Lual averages this season 11.3ppg and 8.1rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young forward Richard Ongom (F-1992) of Namuwongo Blazers. Ongom impressed basketball fans with 27 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Blazers lost that game 67-75 to the lower-ranked Kampala R. (#8, 8-13). Blazers managed to keep the same 3rd spot in the standings. His team's 16-6 record is not bad at all. Ongom is one of the most experienced players at Blazers and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was Martin Buluma (G) of JKL Dolphins Kampala (#10). Buluma showcased his all-around game by recording 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of JKL Dolphins, leading his team to a 65-44 easy win against the higher-ranked KIU Titans (#2, 16-5). The chances of JKL Dolphins not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 14 games, recording just eight victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Buluma could try to bring JKL Dolphins' a little bit higher in the standings. Buluma has individually a great season in Uganda. After 22 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 3.5apg (6th best).
