Christine Nakito (G) had an amazing evening in the last round for Magic Stormers Kampala and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 21.
The guard had a double-double of 20 points and 16 rebounds, while her team lost the game against UCU Ladies (#2, 17-4) 64-69. Magic Stormers maintains the 6th position in Ugandan NBL. Magic Stormers is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 10th lost game this season out of 20 games. Nakito has many years of experience at Magic Stormers, through which she has constantly improved. Christine Nakito averages this season 4.6ppg and 9.2rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was Rose Musundi of YMCA Lady Hamstars. Musundi impressed basketball fans with 30 points and 5 rebounds. Of course she led YMCA Hamstars to another comfortable win 72-55 over the higher-ranked Magic Stormers (#6, 10-10) being unquestionably team leader. YMCA Hamstars' 10th position in the standings has not changed. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories YMCA Hamstars managed to get this year. Musundi is one of the most experienced players at YMCA Hamstars and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.6ppg (#2). She also registered 4.9 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was Margaret Bagaala of KCCA Leopards (#4). Bagaala scored 20 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. She was a key player of KCCA Leopards, leading her team to a 75-49 easy win against the lower-ranked YMCA Hamstars (#10, 4-15). KCCA Leopards needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 15 victories and 6 lost games. Bagaala has a very solid season. In 16 games in Uganda she scored 12.4ppg. She also has 6.1rpg and 2.9spg.
