The most interesting game of round 20 was a home defeat of their close opponent KCCA Leopards (15-5) to second ranked UCU Ladies (16-4) 81-67 in the game for the second place. It ended the two-game winning streak of KCCA Leopards. It was a key game for the second position in the league. UCU Ladies had a 35-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Shillah Lamunu who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and the former international Shakirah Nanvubya (-2000) who added 20 points and 6 assists during the contest. Guard Perus Nyamwenge responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. UCU Ladies maintains second position with 16-4 record having seven points less than leader JKL Dolphins. KCCA Leopards at the other side dropped to the third place with five games lost. UCU Ladies' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kampala Magic Stormers.

The winners were led by guard Susan Aanyu (-1992) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and Amoding Moreen supported her with 13 points and 5 assists. KCCA Leopards' coach felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 9 points and 17 rebounds by guard Akello Winnifred (-2001) did not help to save the game for Miracle. Despite that victory KCCA Leopards went down to third position due to points difference. Miracle at the other side keeps the seventh place with 11 games lost. KCCA Leopards will play against YMCA Hamstars (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Miracle will have a break next round.

This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 19th consecutive match to eighth ranked Lady Tomahawks (7-13) 70-25 on Saturday evening. The best player for the winners was Stella Lunkuse who scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Maria Ndagire produced 9 points and 5 rebounds for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Lady Tomahawks maintains eighth position with 7-13 record. Loser Kampala Uni still closes the standings. Lady Tomahawks' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kampala Nabisunsa.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 20: winless Kampala Uni was destroyed by JTL Jaguars on the opponent's court 109-29. KIU Rangers outscored Nabisunsa in a home game 100-35. A1 Challenge recorded a loss to UCU Ladies on the road 50-38.
