The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kampala: KCCA P. (#3) and KIU Titans (#6). KCCA P. (7-4) won against visiting KIU Titans (6-3) 67-61. KCCA P. forced 25 KIU Titans turnovers. Guard Davis Assimwe fired 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Stephen Otoa chipped in 3 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Jerry Kayanga (-1997) who helped to win the game recording 18 points. Norbert Okidi contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Guard Martin Buluma replied with 13 points and 8 rebounds for JKL Dolphins. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. UCU Canons moved-up to fifth place. JKL Dolphins lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with eight games lost.

In the last game of round 16 Jaguars were crushed by KIU Titans in Kampala 78-51.
