The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kampala: City Oilers (#1) and UCU Canons (#5). UCU Canons were crushed at home by 24 points 56-80 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. City Oilers outrebounded UCU Canons 47-32 including a 37-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for the former international James Okello (193-1990) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international Tonny Drileba (183-1993) helped adding 14 points and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was the former international center Kayiira Joel (208-2001) with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. City Oilers (10-1) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place. UCU Canons at the other side dropped to the sixth position with three games lost.

JKL Dolphins were crushed at home by 20 points 62-82 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It was an exceptional evening for the former international forward Edgar Munaba (196-1999) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 17 rebounds. Mpiya Juf accounted for 16 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Martin Buluma came up with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds for JKL Dolphins in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for KIU Titans. They moved-up to fifth place. JKL Dolphins lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Ndejje Angels.
In the last game of round 15 Power lost to Livingstone on the opponent's court 58-65.
