In the last two games of round 4 Ndejje Angels defeated Kampala R. in Kampala 86-84. JKL Dolphins were beaten by Power at home 64-72.

A very close game took place in Kampala between Jaguars and KCCA P.. Second ranked Jaguars (3-1) got a very close victory on the road over 8th ranked KCCA P. (1-3).
