Munaba's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

Edgar Munaba put on an amazing game in the last round for KIU Titans Kampala and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had a double-double of 21 points and 17 rebounds, while his team outclassed UCU Canons (2-1) with 31-point margin 83-52. KIU Titans maintains the 4th position in Ugandan league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. KIU Titans will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. In the team's last game Munaba had a remarkable 55.6% from 2-point range. It's his second year at KIU Titans and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Munaba has impressive league stats. Second best performed player last round was Bismarck Okot of Livingstone. He is a in his first season at Livingstone. In the last game Okot recorded an impressive 20 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists. Of course Livingstone cruised to a 72-63 relatively comfortable win over Kampala R. (0-3). The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Okot is one of the most experienced players at Livingstone and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Kenneth Mesho of league's leader Our Saviour Kampala. Mesho scored 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Our Saviour, leading his team to a 80-59 easy win against Ndejje Angels (#9, 1-2). Our Saviour confirms their top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 1 lost game. Mesho has a very solid season. In 4 games in Uganda he scored 10.0ppg.
