Duallo Joshua had a great game in the last round for Tropical R. and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The had a double-double of 12 points and twenty four rebounds, while his team edged out Ndejje Angels (#8, 3-3) 79-75. Thanks to this victory Tropical R. moved-up to the 10th position in Ugandan NBL. Tropical R. is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-4 record. Joshua just recently signed at Tropical R., being already a very valuable addition to the team. Joshua has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (8th best: 10.8rpg) and averages solid 56.4% FGP.
The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young DR Congolese center Amisi Saidi (200-C-1987) of Blazers. Saidi impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 24 points and 13 rebounds. Of course Blazers cruised to a 64-57 relatively comfortable win over the higher-ranked Betway Power (#2, 4-1). Despite this victory Blazers slide down in the standings to 7th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 3-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Saidi is a newcomer at Blazers and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.0ppg (#3). He also registered 7.8 boards per game.
The third best performed player last round was Moses Mugisha (C/F-1984) of Our Saviour (#6). Mugisha scored 11 points and grabbed twenty rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Our Saviour, leading his team to a 61-43 easy win against Falcons (#12, 0-4). Mugisha has a great season in Uganda. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.8ppg (4th best) and rebounds with 14.6rpg (#1 in league).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
