Osayi Osifo signs at Al Ahly Cairo

Osayi Osifo

Al Ahly Cairo (Superleague) signed 26-year-old South African 203cm forward Osayi Osifo (college: Jacksonville). He most recently played for Spurs/7281">Austin Spurs (NBA G League) in the U.S. In 29 games, he averaged 5.9ppg and 5.4rpg this season. Osifo also competed for Spurs in the U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League.
Osifo has played professionally in Canada with the Surge and during The Basketball Tournament with All Good Dawgs.
His team finished as the regular season runner-up in the CEBL Western Conference in 2025. He was voted to the USBasket.com TBL All-Rookie Team in 2024.
Osifo graduated from Jacksonville University in 2023 and is currently in his third season in pro basketball. He has also played for other colleges such as the University of Florida and Eastern Florida State College.
