North Team overcame South counterparts 68-64 in the 2025 BNL All Star Game. Siphumle Qanya (182-PG-1993) came up with 16 points to pace the winners.
North jumped off to an 18-8 lead after ten minutes. South bounced back in the second term. They eked out a 33-30 halftime advantage. The teams exchanged baskets throughout the third period as the teams entered the fourth frame tied at 51. North Team went on a strong rally in the final quarter and snatched a narrow win at the end. Kwazi Gumede (191-G/F-1997) posted 14 points for the winners. Sun Kalaya and Michael Masoko replied with 12 points each for the South Team.
