Kasilembo's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Yanick Kasilembo had a great game in the last round for league's best team Egoli Magic and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
He had a double-double of 22 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed Eagles (#3, 1-1) with 21-point margin 80-59. It allowed Magic to consolidate first place in the South African league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Magic won both games without losing any. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Kasilembo had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Magic and just after two games he already turned to be a very valuable addition to the team. Kasilembo has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (7th best: 18.5ppg) and averages solid 2.5bpg and 68.4% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Jeremie Luvaika of North West Eagles. He is a in his first season at Eagles. In the last game Luvaika recorded an impressive 8 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists. It was enough for Eagles to edge Warriors (#4, 0-1) by 6 points 71-65. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in Group B. Eagles consolidated its place in top 3 of the standings. His team's 1-1 record is not bad at all. Luvaika is one of the most experienced players at Eagles and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Nkitsing Moleleki of Free State Warriors (#4). Moleleki scored 20 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Despite Moleleki's great performance the Warriors lost 65-71 to #3 ranked Eagles. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The season just started for Moleleki as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.
