Bryce Nze joins Pau-Lacq-Orthez

Bryce Nze

Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez (ProB) has agreed terms with 27-year-old USA-Nigerian power forward Bryce Nze (202cm-105kg-1998, college: Butler) for the new 2025-26 season. He will be joining another USA player, Drew Thelwell, who is already on the roster. Nze was the best rebounder at Hermine Nantes Atlantique last season, averaging 11.3ppg, 8.3rpg (#4 in the league), and 2.2apg in 18 ProB games in France. He was named League Player of the Week for his performance. Nze also played for Hapoel Safed Galil in the Israeli league.
He is a quite experienced player. Nze has played professionally in Bulgaria (Chernomorets), Israel, Spain (Lleida), and The Basketball Tournament (All Good Dawgs).
He played in the final of the Bulgarian League in 2023. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProB Honorable Mention in 2024.
Nze graduated from Butler University in 2022 and it will be his fourth season as a pro player. He played also for University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee for 2 years.
