Onyema's pro career starts at Vilpas

Ze'Rik Onyema

Salon Vilpas (Korisliiga) signed American (also Nigerian passport) 206cm forward Ze'Rik Onyema for the new season. He is the second import player on the roster, with USA Claudell Harris Jr. signing earlier. Onyema recently graduated from Texas (NCAA), where he averaged 3.2ppg and 2.5rpg in 35 games last season.
He began his college career at UTEP where he played three seasons. He spent his high school career at John Jay High School in San Antonio, TX.
As mentioned above, he's just out of college and it'll be his first full season in pro basketball.
