Ikenna Ndugba (ex Vevey Riviera) agreed terms with Hyeres-Toulon

Hyeres-Toulon Var Basket (ProB) signed 27-year-old Nigerian 183cm point guard Ikenna Ndugba (college: Elon). He played most recently at Vevey Riviera in Swiss NL1 league. In 29 SBL games, he recorded very impressive stats: 18.5ppg, 5.0rpg, 6.7apg, and 2.4spg in the 2023-24 year. He helped them to make it to the cup final. It was a good season as he was voted League Player of the Week (2 times) and selected to Eurobasket.com All-Swiss SBL Second Team. The previous (2022-23) season, he played for Warriors in the NBA G League.
In 2021, he was selected by the Greensboro Swarm (G-League) in the second round (26th overall) of the draft.
Ndugba graduated from Elon University and it's his fifth season in pro basketball.
He also represented Nigeria at the FIBA World Cup 2023 African Qualifiers two years ago. During this event, he scored an average of 8.5 ppg and had 2 rpg.
Among many awards, he played in the final of the CAA Tournament in 2021. Ndugba was also on the CAA All-Tournament Team back in 2021 during his college time. He played for Bryant University for 4 years.
