Omenaka comes back to Alba

Godwin Omenaka

Arconic-Alba Fehervar (A Division) added 24-year old Nigerian-Hungarian ex-international power forward Godwin Omenaka to their roster for the 2025-26 season. He is the second foreign player on the team, with Serbian Stefan Filipovic signing earlier. Omenaka is making a comeback to Szekesfehervar, where he has played before. Last season, he played for Vanoli Basket Cremona in the Italian Serie A, averaging 3.2ppg and 3.4rpg in 5 games. Omenaka has also played for Loongs in the Chinese league and Seawolves in the German league. He was a member of the Nigerian Senior National Team between 2022 and 2023.
Omenaka is a very experienced player. He has also played in China, France (Sluc Nancy and JL Bourg), Germany, Italy, and Hungary (Kormend, Debreceni Egyetem, and DEAC U23 Debrecen).
Omenaka played in the final of the Hungarian U20 League in 2021.
