Astrali inks Brandon Anyanwu

Brandon Anyanwu

BC Astrali (A League) agreed terms with 27-year old USA-Nigerian guard Brandon Anyanwu (193cm-1997, college: Bluefield State). He played last season at Fieri in Albania Liga e pare. In 19 games he was the best scorer with impressive 29.0ppg and averaged 8.5rpg, 4.5apg and 2.9spg (in top 2). 2023-24 was a great season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Albanian Superliga Honorable Mention. He also played for another Albania team Apolonia Fier (Superliga) in Albania league.
Anyanwu has played also professionally in Armenia (AIA Yerevan).
He played in the final of USCAA Division I in 2019.
Anyanwu is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league on the market.
He graduated from Bluefield State in 2021 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. Anyanwu played also for West Los Angeles College for one year.
