Blessing Ejiofor (ex Celta Zorka) joins Alpo

Blessing Ejiofor

Ecodem Alpo Basket 99 (Serie A1) agreed terms with 26-year old Nigerian international center Blessing Ejiofor (196cm-1998, college: WVU). She already started the season at Celta Zorka in Spanish LF Endesa. In 11 games she had just 2.7ppg and 3.1rpg. The last season season she played at Cavigal Nice Basket 06 (LF2) in French league.
She also represented Nigeria at the FIBA Olympic Games in Paris (France) this year. During this event she scored an average of 0.5 points per game and had rebounds per game.
Ejiofor has played previously professionally also in France (Calais).
She played in the final of Big 12 Tournament in 2021.
Ejiofor graduated from West Virginia University in 2022 and it is her third season as a professional player. She played for other colleges like: Chipola College, Vanderbilt University.
