Oderah Chidom is a newcomer at Charleville-Mezieres

Oderah Chidom

Charleville-Mezieres (LFB) strengthened their roster with addition of 29-year old American (has also USA-Nigerian passport) power forward Oderah Chidom (193cm-1995, college: Duke) for season 2024-25. She was the top scorer at Blaze (WPBA) in the U.S. In two games just recently she recorded 11.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.5apg, 2.5spg and 1.5bpg. The last season she played at (Serie A1) in Italian league.
In 2017 she was drafted by Atlanta Dream (WNBA) in third round (31st overall).
The former Duke University standout is in her eighth season in pro basketball.
She represented USA at the Olympic Games in Tokyo (Japan) three years ago. During this event she scored an average of 8 points per game and had 4.7 rebounds per game.
Chidom is quite experienced player. She has played also professionally in Belarus (BC Minsk), Greece (Dafni Agioy), Italy, Slovenia (Celje) and France (Hainaut and Angers). Chidom won WPBA championship title in 2024.
Among many awards she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Belarusian League Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-Belarusian League Import Player of the Year back in 2020.
