Tena Ikidi transfers to Charlotte

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte added Nigerian forward Tena Ikidi (6'3'') to their roster for the new 2024-25 season. The Lagos native moved there from the University of Northern Colorado, where she spent her junior year. In 22 games last season, she had 3.0ppg and 1.6rpg.
She played at South Georgia Technical College between 2020-22 and then at Pasadena City College for one season. Her team made it to the NJCAA Division I Sweet 16 in two consecutive years: 2021 and 2022.
