House of Talents Kortrijk Spurs (Pro Basketball League) re-signed 25-year old American (has also Ghanian passport) 178cm guard Darren Williams (college: Hawaii-Hilo) for upcoming season. Williams played there last season. In 7 Pro Basketball League games he averaged 11.1ppg, 1.0rpg and 3.4apg. He helped them to make it to the Belgian Cup Semifinals. Williams also played 36 games in BNXT League where he had 7.8ppg, 1.4rpg and 3.8apg. He contributed to his team ending the regular season as at the second position in the league.
Williams has played also professionally in Poland (HydroTruck).
Among many awards Williams' team won PacWest Hawai Pod Regular Season in 2021. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Polish 1Liga Honorable Mention in 2024.
Williams graduated from University of Hawaii at Hilo in 2023 and it will be his third season in pro basketball. He played also for Chaffey College for 2 years.
