Nathan Mensah (ex Olympiacos) joins M.Tel-Aviv

Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv (Winner League) agreed terms with 27-year old Ghanian forward Nathan Mensah (208cm-104kg-1998, college: SDSU). He just played at Olympiacos in Greek GBL league. In 6 games he had 5.2ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.0bpg this season. He also played 2 games in Euroleague, but he did not score anything and had only 1 rebound. The other team he played shortly were the Spurs in NBA. Another team he played briefly was Spurs in NBA G League. Another team he played that season for were the Spurs in NBA where in 12 GBL games he recorded 5.3ppg and 6.8rpg.
Mensah has played also professionally in Greece, NBA (Charlotte Hornets) and NBA G League (Greensboro Swarm).
Among many awards he played in the final of NCAA in 2023. He was also MWC All-Tournament Team back in 2022 at his college time.
Mensah graduated from San Diego State University in 2023 and it is his second season as a professional player.
