Iconics win Golden Jam Leg of Game of Threes Tournament

Basketballghana.com can report Team Iconics has won the Game of Threes Golden Jam edition making it the second title of sort for Iconics. The team beat Elite Ballers 14-9 in the final game played out at the Semanhyia Golden Mall in Ghana's Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi. 16 teams competed in the 3x3 Basketball Tournament that is in its second year of operation under the organization of sports apparel company Clockwork Brand. Iconics is made up of established talents at the national level as Shooting Guard Elvis Pobi-Siaw and Forward Desmond Cobblah represented Ghana in 3x3 Basketball at the 2019 African Beach Games in Cape Verde. The team walked away with the 1,500 Ghana Cedis cash prize for winning the tournament that had the plush Mall as its backdrop in Kumasi. Benjamin Omari of Iconics was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament and won a Gold Watch from celebrated Ghanaian watchmaker Caveman Watches.
