Granada adds Kamba to their roster

Coviran Granada (Liga Endesa) added 30-year old DR Congolese-Canadian ex-international guard Mathieu Kamba (196cm-95kg-1995, college: Cent Arkansas) to their roster for the 2026-27 season. He is the second foreign player on the team, with French Jonathan Rousselle signing earlier. Kamba played for Zunder Palencia in the Primera FEB for the last two seasons, averaging 7.9ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.0apg, and 1.0spg last season. He helped the team reach the cup final and league semifinals. Kamba was a member of the DR Congolese Senior National Team between 2018 and 2024.
Kamba has also played professionally in Canada (Stingers and Surge), Spain (Melilla, Oviedo, Coruna, and Araberri), and Canada.
He won the CEBL championship title in 2021 and was voted to the USBasket.com CEBL All-Domestic Players Team in 2024.
Kamba graduated from Central Arkansas University in 2018 and is entering his ninth season as a professional player.
