Khalifa Koumadje

Casademont Zaragoza (Liga Endesa) signed 29-year-old Chadian 223cm center Khalifa Koumadje (college: FSU). He last played for Shandong Heroes in the Chinese CBA league. Koumadje played in three leagues in two countries last year. In 37 CBA games, he averaged 7.0ppg, 5.2rpg, and 1.2bpg. He also played for ALBA Berlin (BBL) in the German league, participating in three different competitions that year. In 4 BBL games, he recorded 7.3ppg and 4.8rpg. Additionally, he contributed to 5 games in the Euroleague, where he got 4.4ppg, 8.0rpg, and 1.8bpg.
Koumadje is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Germany, Russia (Avtodor), Spain (Estudiantes), NBA G League (Delaware Blue Coats), and NBA Summer League (Portland Trail Blazers).
In addition to his many awards, he played in the final of the German Bundesliga in 2024. Koumadje was also voted the USBasket.com All-NBA G League Defensive Player of the Year in 2020.
He graduated from Florida State University in 2019 and it'll be his seventh season in pro basketball.
