Rennes keep Lebrun for another season

Union Rennes Basket 35 (NM1) re-signed 30-year old naturalized Chadian 193cm forward Mael Lebrun for new season. Lebrun played there last season. In 21 NM1 games he averaged 6.5ppg, 3.0rpg, 3.2apg and 1.1spg.
The previous (19-20) season he played at Lille Metropole (Jeep ELITE ProA). But in 21 games he had just 1.4ppg.
He was a member of French U20 National Team between 2010 and 2011.
He has played previously for three other teams: Saint Quentin, STB Le Havre and Entente Orleans 45.
His team made it to the ProB Play-Offs Semifinals in 2018.
