Placide Nakidjim joins UBU Tizona

LEB Silver newcomer UBU Tizona Burgos strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old Chadian international center Placide Nakidjim (205-94).
Estela. In 33 LEB Silver games in Spain he recorded 13.7ppg, 7.8rpg and 1.4apg last season. Good year as he was selected League Player of the Week.
The previous (17-18) season Nakidjim played at Fundacion Globalcaja La Roda (EBA) where in 31 games he averaged 13.1ppg, 9.1rpg (#3 in the league), 1.3apg, 1.1spg and 1.7bpg. Nakidjim helped them to make it to the cup final. Great season indeed as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LEB Silver Import Player of the Year, Center of the Year and voted to 1st Team. He has been regularly called to Chadian Senior National Team since 2017.
Nakidjim has played previously for seven other teams: Real Madrid, Real Madrid II, Movistar Estudiantes Madrid B, Cazorla, Quintanar, Cambados and Cazorla.
The scouts decsribe him following way: An undersized center with great athletic skills. A great leaper and slasher, he indimitades yet a lot in the paint.
