Jacques Alingue joins Le Mans

JACQUES ALINGUE

Defending champion Le Mans Sarthe Basket (Jeep ELITE ProA) added to their roster 31-year old Chadian ex-international forward Jacques Alingue (201-88). He played last season at SIG Strasbourg (Jeep ELITE ProA). But in only one game he did not score anything and had only 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 blocks.
The previous (17-18) season Alingue played at JDA Dijon (ProA) where in 33 games he recorded 9.4ppg, 5.6rpg, 2.1apg and 1.7spg (leader !!!). A very spectacular season in his career as he was selected Eurobasket.com All-French ProA Defensive Player of the Year, named to Honorable Mention and named to All-Domestic Players Team.
His team made it to the French Cup Final Four in 2015. Alingue was a member of Chadian Senior National Team back in 2011.
He has played previously for two other teams: Hyeres-Toulon and Souffelweyersheim.
