Placide Nakidjim joins La Roda

Placide Nakidjim

Fundacion Globalcaja La Roda agreed terms with 23-year old Chadian center Placide Nakidjim (205-94) from CB Cazorla Jaen Paraiso Interior. In 9 EBA games in Spain he had very impressive stats: 17.9ppg, 11.1rpg, 2.6apg, 1.2spg and 2.8bpg last season. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. Nakidjim also played that season for Moron (LEB Silver) where in 10 games he recorded 9.0ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.0spg and 1.0bpg. The other team Nakidjim played shortly was Basket Globalcaja Quintanar (LEB Silver). In 7 games he averaged remarkable 19.3ppg, 12.3rpg, 1.7apg and 2.3bpg. He contributed to his team ending the regular season as at the second position in the league.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Nakidjim was voted Eurobasket.com All-Spanish EBA Center of the Year in 2016.
He has played previously for four other teams: Real Madrid, Real Madrid II, Movistar Estudiantes Madrid B and Cambados.
