1 de Agosto have won their 15th Cup title in Angola. In the Final game they overcame Interclube 87-84 even trailing at the halftime. The latter had a 47-44 lead, while Agosto managed to pull a 68-60 advantage after three quarters. Eduardo Mingas (200-F/C-79) top-scored for the winners with 24 points and Emmanuel Quezada (188-PG-85, college: USF) notched 18. Earlier in the semifinals Agosto beat Petroleo Luanda 94-83.

In the Final game they beat ASA 92-76. 1 de Agosto lead the competition with 13 titles, ahead of Petro de Luanda that has 6, followed by ASA and Libolo with three wins, while Interclube won the Super Cup only once, in 2017. ASA replaced Libolo in Angola Super Cup who dropped out of the competition. The latter had won the Angola League Cup.
