Rwanda opened FIBA Africa Zone 5 Qualifiers with an easy win as they edged Eritrea 114:34. Rwanda dominated the whole game to reach three digit number.
Rwanda had an impressive total of 27 assists, while their opponents only finished with 6. Ntore Habimana (196-G-1997, college: Laurier) stepped up with 18 points, whilst William Robeyns (192-SG-1996) added 17. Aregay Mulugeta Israel ended up with 10 points in the losing effort.
