Cameroon and Mali to clash for title in South Africa

Cameroon are the first finalists as they held off Morocco tonight. Morocco led by six points after ten minutes. But Cameroon quickly erased the deficit and grabbed a 32-29 halftime lead. Cameroon limited their opponents to just 18 points in the second half and rallied to the win. Amadou Seini (215-C-2007) tallied 15 points and 19 rebounds, while Hermann Bel added 15 points and 15 rebounds for Cameroon. Rayane Solhi (G-2007) answered with 18 points for Morocco.

Mali - Senegal 68-60
Mali entered the championship game as they held off Senegal. Senegal dominated in the first half. They built a 44-31 halftime lead. But Mali turned things around in the second half. They ignited a 24-7 rally in the third term to spur ahead. Mali held Senegal to just 9 points in the fourth stanza and raced to the win. Sekou Bagayoko (2008) chipped in 24 points, while Ibrahim Doumbia (185-G-2006) added 17 points for Mali. Cheikh Biteye (197-SG-2007) answered with 16 points for Senegal.
